About Earnquo

Clear calculations, visible assumptions.

Earnquo builds practical money calculators for freelancers, creators and small businesses. The goal is simple: show the math, the source and the assumptions behind a result instead of hiding them behind a black box.

Who operates Earnquo?

Earnquo is operated by Northbird, a business registered in the Netherlands (KvK 42164736). The site is built and maintained as an independent calculator product.

What we publish

Earnquo focuses on tools where a user can inspect the important assumptions: payment-processing fees, reverse fee calculations, freelance pricing and creator earnings planning.

  • Provider-specific calculators use published pricing sources where available.
  • Formula-based tools explain the equation used.
  • Examples are labeled as examples rather than promises or guaranteed outcomes.
  • Calculator inputs are processed in the browser unless a page explicitly says otherwise.

What Earnquo is not

Earnquo is not a bank, payment processor, accounting firm or financial adviser. Results are planning estimates and can differ from a real invoice, payout, tax bill or platform statement because contracts, currencies, taxes and account-specific pricing vary.

When a decision has legal, tax or accounting consequences, use the calculator as a starting point and verify the result against the relevant provider, authority or qualified adviser.

Our standard

Useful beats numerous. We would rather publish fewer calculators with clear sources and practical explanations than fill the site with thin pages. Our methodology explains how rates, formulas, rounding and updates are handled.
